Outstanding service received from the when we first entered the Coop to start to make arrangements. The care, passion & dedication shown to our beloved and also to us as a family was very heart felt and touching in such difficult times. We was made to feel that we was the only ones to ever experience such loss which in my eyes showed true professionalism in the service they offer. Nothing was of any problem or issue if we had a question or even just to talk. During the days leading up to the funeral and the days after they have still offered an outstanding level of care & understanding. The day of the funeral was exactly how we hoped and found that all staff present offered compassion, help & encouragement when needed and an excellent service. Really cant thank the Collier Row branch enough for a perfect job in such difficult times. Many thanks to all.

The service carried out by Co-op in Collier Row was excellent. Both Pauls' and Sharon were very professional and extremely caring. Although it was a very sad moment for the whole family, we felt everyone at Co-op helped us to ease the pain by helping us throughout the funeral

    Paul handled everything in a timely and respectful manor .
    He showed empathy through out and showed the utmost respect when mums casket  came home the night before her funeral.
    His timing for the service and walk past my mothers work place was spot on .
    Excellent service through out
