Our daughters funeral was carried out exactly to our wishes, all aspects being carefully discussed and worked through.

We had a very positive experience with Brunskill Family Funerals. They came promptly when we called them after the death of our mother and everyone who was present commented on how respectful they were . They enabled us to make decisions and were with us each step of the way without hassling us and came up with suggestions for every part of the funeral if we were struggling. They have all the contacts you require from florists to caterers and helped us with music choices for the service. They guided us through the day gently and discreetly . I would highly recommend their service and thank them for all they have done.

As soon as I spoke to Ed on the phone initially, I knew that Brunskill Family was the best funeral directors for us, as it was evident that he is a very genuine and caring person. Throughout the whole process, Ed was considerate, compassionate and professional. Ed and his team made my Dad’s service very special. From the celebrant, Karen, that he used for the service , the flowers that were arranged through him, and the beautiful photo tribute, everything went so smoothly.  It was a lovely tribute and I think my Dad would have been very impressed. I highly recommend Brunskill Family Funeral Directors.

I honestly can’t express enough how incredible these guys are. At such a dreadful time they were without fault in everything they done and helped us so much with every little detail. Ed was often one step ahead of us in making plans to make my sisters send off as special as possible for her and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. They were so respectful, caring and patient from start to finish. This really is much more than just a business, it comes across in everything Ed does that he truly cares. I’m so glad we found you to look after my sister in her final journey. Thank you so much!

Sadly the 2nd time I have had to use the services of Brunskill Family Funerals but I wouldn't go to anyone else.
At such an emotional and traumatic time it's hard to think straight or know what to do but with the guidance of Ed I managed to arrange a lovely service for my Mum.
He was very helpful, kind, and compassionate and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. I felt very supported from the very first phone call through to the day of the service. Ed and Josh went that extra mile to make the day run smoothly and I can't thank them enough.

Ed and his family have been excellent in supporting us through the difficult process of arranging my wife's funeral. They have been understanding and compassionate throughout. Nothing has been too much for them from arranging the order of service to suggesting organists and soloists to arranging keepsakes and other in memorium jewellery.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I took some time to decide on a funeral director for my late father. On doing research, I found that Brunskill Family Funerals was not only fairly local but also a true, family run business - something that seems to be becoming rarer with funeral directors.

I cannot really say what my expectations were. While I have attended funerals in the past, I have never been required to organise one and, with it being a funeral for my father, I was quite concerned over my own ability to make the arrangements.

Ed Brunskill of Brunskill family funerals made the whole process extremely easy. All the arrangements and organisation went incredibly smoothly, he was very detailed and explained the process clearly. He also was always readily available to speak to and took a great deal of time to ensure everything went perfectly.

I cannot thank Ed and Josh enough for ensuring the funeral went as well as it did. I could not have expected any better and, while I hope not to need to arrange funerals in future, should the worst happen Brunskill Family Funerals will be my first call.

When my beloved Father passed away, my Mother and I were overwhelmed. We decided that we wanted to use a family run Funeral directors who would add a personal touch. From the first contact we made with Brunskill Family Funerals we knew we had made the right decision. Ed Brunskill was compassionate and understanding and took care of us personally from start to finish. He was available to support us 24/7 and guided us through every stage of the process. 
We had complicated requests with a celebration of life, traditional and Muslim elements for the burial. Nothing was too much trouble for Ed and his team and they took care of every detail. 
Ed treated my Dad with care and respect and made us feel he was still important. Ed and his son Josh put lots of special touches in place for us including the most beautiful photo tribute. 
On the day, everything went as well as it could have. Ed, Josh and their team were professional and respectful throughout and ensured the day ran smoothly. Everyone commented at how beautiful the service and burial were and my Dad got the send off he deserved. 
It takes a very special kind of person to do what Ed and Josh did for us and we will always be so grateful.

Ed and family were truly amazing throughout the whole funeral process, very supportive and I would 1 million percent reccomend them to people through there difficult time aswell.. they don't just deal with the funeral then never contact u again. Ed and the team made Mum’s funeral as special as it could be. 
Brunshill took over from another funeral director when we were struggling.  
Ed came to my Father’s home and spent a calm, considerate morning with us. He guided us with the care and respect we needed.
From our first contact Ed was available for help and advice, always prompt with replies. He guided us and made us know that Mum was in safe, respectful hands.  
The administration aspect of arrangements were discreetly taken care of, giving us time to make decisions on how we wanted the day to be.
Ed continued to check in and visit, always reassuring us on this difficult journey. 
On the day of the funeral the team were true professionals. The Cars were spotless. They made sure everything went as well as it could.  
I feel we got a service above and beyond, yet the cost was fair.   This is a difficult time made easier by Brunskill.
We can’t thank you all enough.

Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things that a family has to deal with.
Ed and his wonderful team took great care of our family from start to finish explaining everything along the way. Unlike many funeral companies they didn't try and upsell additional items and tried their best to keep the cost affordable.
They collected my brother in a timely manner which meant a great deal to us as we didn't want him to stay where he was. They provided all information and advice about the service and recommended a wonderful funeral celebrant who conducted a most beautiful service. They kept in constant contact making sure we knew everything that would happen at each stage. If I need a funeral director again in the future there is no doubt in my mind who I'd choose. If you are looking for a family ran funeral directors who genuinely cares then look no further than Brunskill. They will take good care of you and your loved one.
