I cannot fault Albin & Hitchcock, my Uncle had a prepaid funeral arranged with them and his wishes were carried out exactly. Communication was excellent, I would strongly recommend this company.

It was amazing to find a team who could effectively take charge of the full process to such an extent that we could concentrate on the grieving. Danny Collins was exceptionally thoughtful and spared no effort in getting things done. We had a beautiful send off for a beautiful soul and Albin & Hitchcock were at the center of all the planning. I am a Kenyan and was part of the team that arranged Marianne's funeral mass in the UK. This was our first interaction with funeral directors and had no idea where to start or what to expect. Alvin & Hitchcock, you were exceptionally cordial, empathetic, friendly and courteous. You held our hands and accommodated all our requests. Your services were simply STELLAR! The entire day spent with you, Alvin (about 7 hrs) was impeccable and extremely beautiful. Alvin, you were family (not just a service provider) and because of your dedication, we gave Marianne the most befitting send off! The personal care and attention to detail shown by the staff was impressive The firm was pleasant and easy to deal with and everything was done with great respect and dignity, with sensitivity to the situation of the deceased, an elderly religious sister, and us as members of her Religious Community. We found Albins to be both understanding and sympathetic to our needs. They were in contact with us all the way guiding us through the paperwork and requirements for the funeral service and interment of our mother.  On the day of the funeral Jamie was exceptionally helpful and sympathetic and took us through the motions of what was required of us with no fuss and total respect.
