The Family used F.A Albin when our Father died 20 years ago and the experience that we received was impeccable. When our Mother died using F.A. Albin was her wish. Their warmth, professionlism, understanding of difficult time you are going through, communication, advice and support they provide all make a very traumatic and stressful time a lot easier to deal with.

I was extremely impressed with the level of service and the respectful way in which all matters were handled. We were given time and space to discuss and decide what we wanted and the suggestions made were very appropriate and were not encouraged to make any particular choices. The range of services on offer were comprehensive and the office staff were superb, professional, efficient and sympathetic and the staff who handled proceedings on the day of the funeral itself were outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending F.A. Albin in the future.

I was extremely satisfied with the care and service I received from Albin's, both from Elaine in the branch and the funeral guys.

They were kind courteous and professional. Everything went very smoothly which is so much needed on such an occasion.

Albins were simply fantastic. At a very difficult time they were kind and respectful and organised everything wonderfully for us. From the moment we contacted Albin's they took an enormous weight off our minds. They listened carefully to everything we wanted and made it happen. They regularly rang to check things and dealt with everything in a compassionate but business like way, nothing was too much trouble.

The funeral itsel was perfect, dignified, personal and exactly what we wanted. The flowers were beautiful and the day went as well as any such day could be.

A heartfelt thanks to everyone involved and I recommendAlbin's with no hesitation whatsoever.

Thank you for everything. You were fantastic. Mum was honoured.
One little comment- there was a bit of a delay to get to the grave site(not your fault - the cemetery was the cause for that).

The funeral was for my wife and I had never been responsible for making arrangements before. From start to finish, Albins staff were helpful, respectful and compassionate. Always available if I needed advice and guided me through everything that needed to be done. I can't speak highly enough of them. Thanks very much to Elaine and all at Albins for helping so much through this difficult time.

I cannot praise the staff enough. From the moment we contacted them to the day of my mums funeral the service we received was excellent. Elaine is very caring and at a very difficult time she arranged everything from the minister down to the flowers. On the day Jon was fantastic and took the time to come in and meet the family and spoke to us about everything that would happen. A single rose was even placed on the wall as we left the house. All the boys were absolutely fabulous. They made a very difficult day just that little bit easier. Thank you all so very much .
