Absolute excellence from day one. I was panicking having to organise the actual funeral but Elaine James   took all the stress out of what I was dreading having to do, the arrangements.  On the actual day of the funeral your first class staff made the day run perfectly, it couldn’t of been more perfect. I truly thank all Albins staff involved.

Elaine and Lynn are wonderful, they took care of our family with discretion and kindness.
Every detail was arranged for us so we that we could focus on our grief and sorrow for our loved one.

The whole team was wonderful, they also paid their respect outside the main branch when we passed with the hearse on the way to the cemetery. That was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated.

In the most difficult moment of life they are there for you and it's comforting to know that you are in safe and kind hands, cannot thank them enough. ❤️

Our family were originally with a different funeral director. We were far from happy with how things were going. Just by chance my sister and I popped in and had a talk with Lyn and I must say how lovely of a person she is. Very sweet, soft, empathetic and understanding. Lyn went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was taken care of, especially the care of our mother who was transferred to their care. 
We are so happy with how speedy and precise the arrangements were managed. The day of our mother’s funeral went smoothly. The otherwise, pall bearers (the family carried mummy into the service), were lovely and very kind. Jaime lead and ensured the family were well taken care of. 
I couldn’t be happier with everything they have done for the family and we thank you for all of your support and care towards us and for taking good care of our beloved mummy.

Albins at Deptford High Street with Elaine and Lynn looking after my Georgie were lovely with her and took great care of my daughter. John and the boys were great on the day of funeral everything we asked they did and it was a fantastic send off for my Georgie. Thanks to everyone at Albins especially Elaine Lynn and John 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

FA Albin’s in Deptford handle my mother funeral back in 20221, during the height of Covid and were exemplary, ensuring her burial went smoothly under the circumstance's.

In 2024, following the passing of my father, they exceeded all our expectations. Their attention details cannot be faulted.

Albins were recommended by a friend , it was my first time planning a funeral. My wife died in december 2023 and i was clueless to how to get it done . Then i met Elaine , she made me and my kids feel at ease and she took such good care and gave great advice regarding my wifes funeral arrangement from the start to the finish. She needs to be rewarded for her outstanding service . Then on the funeral day she sent Alfie , i would say not one of the best , but the BEST funeral coordinator , i would recommend them to do EVERY funeral arrangement in the UK . So both magic names dont ever forget them Elaine in the deptford branch and Alfie . From the bottom of my heart from me and my kids , we want to Thank you . And yes will be using them again and again .

Our Dad’s funeral, organised by Albin’s, was dignified & respectful. All the staff have been kind, helpful & like friends to us. They followed our wishes to the letter. On the day… the director & drivers/pallbearers, were caring, considerate & extremely professional. We felt very well looked after. Thank you so much for a wonderful service Albin’s. Mum had the very best celebration of her life, from the moment we met with Elaine until the end of her "Farewell" our requests were met. Elaine dealt with every enquiry and question we asked of her.
