Had a slight glitch with the graphics on the original chosen coffin but chose a another from the catalogue which was beautiful.  Everything went exactly as I had planned with their professional help.  Bill - one of the funeral pallbearers was amazing and helped me on what was an emotional day. Thank you

My family and I really appreciated the down-to-earth yet sensitive approach of our funeral directors.

Shara provided an efficient and personal service, with just the right amount of humour. She was always available to talk when we just dropped in, and she helped us to organise our own programme for the celebration of a life at Falconwood. Bill was pleasantly respectful and efficient on the day of the funeral, thus ensuring that we were always in the right place and kept to time!
And, certainly, all of us enjoyed the tea and sweets, which were very comforting whilst we were readying ourselves for the cortège.
