I was impressed by how sympathetic everyone at the company was and the attention to detail provided to ensure the funeral from start to finish went well and according to our plans.
The staff at the Clapton Co-op Funeral Care Branch were very considerate, kind, understanding and attentive throughout, they are all a credit to the company. They made a difficult occasion easier to bear.  The whole team from Samantha in the office, Jade the funeral director and Jack our family car driver were always able to fit in with the family’s wishes or needs.
Thank you all for your professionalism and gentle kindness shown throughout this difficult time, we really appreciated you all and glad we considered you yet again to help in arranging another of our loved ones Funeral.
Samantha you are a Star, for going above and beyond,

A positive experience, in the midst of grief and bereavement. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Never pushy, and giving you time to think in order to make key decisions. The plan for the funeral day went so well and the staff were really good and courteous. From start to finish, the experience was really positive; and the support/service helped to reduce a lot of stress and anxiety around the unknown things.

First class service delivered for the funeral of my Mother, the team were personable, understanding and very professional end to end.
We were kept informed and also progressed to get items clarified in a timely fashion.
I felt my family's views were taken onboard and the right questions were asked and answered including top and tailing certain elements.
On the day, the team became key players in the smooth operation at the Church and Cemetery including supporting my family in the required instruction of burial.

I can't fault the care that was offered to us as a family during an extremely unexpected sad time. Both Craig and Sam were amazing, attentive, and sympathetic, whilst listening to us ramble at times, be indecisive and helping to guide us to make the right decision for our loved one.

They did what they said that they would do, when they said they would do it, and offered personal touches when things didnt go quite to plan.

Thank you very much for being open, honest and for caring about us as a family in our state of devastation, it helped us to get through our sad loss.

I just want to say how lovely Sam Beckett, Funeral Arranger at the Chatworth Road Branch was to me and my family in helping with the funeral arrangements for my mother in law, Edith. The personal care shown to Edith by Sam was amazing even down to curling her hair with rollers and straighters - she looked beautiful as if she was sleeping.

On the day of the funeral I found Craig (the Funeral Director) and his team so obliging and accommodating nothing was to much for them.

This is the first time I have had to organise a funeral which I thought would be challenging. From the very start, Samantha Beckett, Funeral arranger at Clapton Co-op has been nothing short of amazing. Sam made arranging the funeral stress free and was at hand, sometimes at short notice for anything that I needed. I was able to see my deceased best friend at anytime and she was well looked after. Sam also consulted and supported me with my grieg right throughout the funeral arrangements and was extremely professional with dealing with all third parties involved in the funeral which wasn't easy at best. Sam had to chase the church on numerous occasions as they were messing us around and wasnt allowing us to book church for funeral in a timely manner. Another member of staff who also was amazing was Craig, he also was very professional and both went far and beyond their job role to see I was happy and ok. I would definately recommend Coop Funeral care but in particular these two individuals who take their jobs seriously in dealing with such a sensitive and emotional time. Thank you for helping to lay my best friend of 26 years to rest..she would have been very happy. Michelle Riley

Excellent service from beginning to end and made what could have been a very arduous and stressful event go so smooth without a hitch. Everyone member of staff was absolutely brilliant, professional, friendly from the receptionists, the undertaker - I would love to give her name but don't know if it's permitted in a review & want to let everyone know, and the coffin bearers/drivers and nothing was too much for them. I would highly recommend their service.
