The service we received was amazing, the staff were caring and professional, the Rev was lovely. The Pall Bearers were very kind and professional.
Thank you for the last Journey of my mother (Shirley) to be so peaceful, she would have been proud..

There is no consistency, the information we were told, at the time of making the funeral arrangements, when requested the services was told they didn’t do. 

The service, the words were incorrect, the vicar was  very embarrassed, the music didn’t fit the words.

Not very professional, from the funeral arrangers, resources are very bad.

I couldn't fault co-op Funeralcare New Malden. Every detail was covered and I received regular calls to check if I was happy with the arrangements and had any worries or questions. The team on the day of the funeral were wonderful and made a really emotional day so much easier.

We cannot praise New Malden Funeralcare enough for their professionalism, empathy and great organisation skills in arranging my father's funeral.

They ensured we were fully informed about every stage of the process. The day itself was really well organised with the funeral director & his team ensuring that everything ran smoothly.
Leo and his team were amazing and ensured everything run smoothly, with great empathy and compassion.

The New Malden Funeralcare also arranged for the perfect Celebrant to lead the service. Our dealings with Celebrant in the build up and on the day were first rate. She did a fantastic job firstly, pulling the whole service together and then leading it on the day. We can't thank her enough.

Thanks to everyone for their hard work & support on making such a sad day a special occasion.

Fantastic service nothing was too much for Julie and Rachel. Very helpful with anything and everything we needed or wanted. Kept in touch all the time and made it so much easier for us as a family to sort out. Everything went as smooth and to plan exceptional service!

I couldn’t be more grateful for all the support and love I got from the new Malden coop branch.
 With all the stress organising funeral, Rachel went though everything with me and coordinated everything for me,checking on me often especially on the week of the funeral  for a chat or if I was worried about anything and even after the funeral checked on me. 
Everyone was so lovely, Jo the celebrant who organised a beautiful service, Sebastian the funeral director who kept taking my calls reassuring me and Julie who I initially spoke to the first day and was able to meet when I collected the ashes. 
I can’t recommend this branch enough due to my experience when I was at my lowest.

Everything was perfect in the beginning apart from not being reminded to pay the cemetery independently resulting in a close cancellation of my fathers funeral. I was only notified on the day and had one hour to pay £8218 otherwise everything would be cancelled. This was a very traumatic experience. I feel I should have been reminded at least a week before, as I was reminded about many other small things as the funeral date came closer but not one of the most important things.

The whole experience was handled professionally and I was left with the feeling that they really cared and that they also wanted the experience to be as painless as possible. Various phone calls were handled quickly and without fuss.
