This is the second time my family have used Garner's on Tolworth Broadway, Surbiton. Once again, they have provided an excellent service. Funeral Arranger, Liz Rochester has been extremely kind and helpful, which made arranging my mum's funeral so much easier for me. She was always there at the end of the phone to advise me or to answer my questions or to email me any information. On the day, Funeral Director, Michael phoned me in the morning, to confirm the arrangements and he met the family at the crematorium. Everything went smoothly, which meant a great deal, especially during the current Covid situation, which has made things more difficult. Many thanks to you all.
I would thoroughly recommend Garner's to anyone.

Garners looked after us so well before, during and after my dad's funeral. Their professionalism and sensitivity throughout made a difficult time much more bearable for all the family, and the dignity, kindness and attention to detail of the staff who were with us on the day was second to none. The driver even returned my bag to me at the reception after finding it in his boot when he got back to the office! I highly recommend them.

We are so pleased we chose Garners. The service we received from start to finish was excellent, very helpful and understanding of our wishes at what has been a very difficult time. 
The funeral was perfect on the day, the service was beautiful and very well attended and we are very grateful to Garbers for helping to make it such a special day and a great send off for our loved one.

We could not wish for a better, David and Liz and their team have made the whole experience amazing from the very beginning to the end. They are all friendly and compassionate yet very professional without being intrusive. They just could not do enough to help at a very sad time. Really can not praise them all enough! At such a difficult time, Garners were amazing in helping me organise my dads funeral. They were friendly, sympathetic and helpful. The options were explained to me and went above and beyond to help me make the right choices and gave helpful advice and suggestions.  A lovely touch was a rose presented to me at the crematorium before my dads service from my dad, it really touched me and was so personal.  Everything was explained to me as I had never done this before and was doing it on my own. I had looked at another funeral directors before this but I am so glad I spoke with garners, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for everything.

David and his team are everything you need for a sad day like a Funeral. Sincererity, Sympathy and Kindness. It's the only thing that helps you get thru.
They really treated us like Family and the introduction to our Celebrant, Jan Doyle , made it a Perfect send off for my dear Mum.
