Both the ladies that helped me were incredible helpful and always on had to answer any questions I had 
In fact I can’t fault the service. Fantastic communication and had empathy as my cousin who’s father it was was unable to deal with it and they had no problem with me taking over . Seamless process

I can not recommend these people highly enough. From the morning I walked in the door, until my husband was taken to Putney it was all perfect. Both Helen and Charlie were so professional and caring. I truly don’t thin you could do any better.

We have given 5 stars because from our initial phone call to the end of the funeral day itself we were 100% pleased with the service we received. Both Charly & Helen were sympathetic, extremely helpful, patient, friendly & efficient. Their competence enabled us to arrange & manage a complicated funeral in a way that produced the funeral we wanted in every detail. On the day of the funeral Sebastian & his colleagues were all we could have wished for - respectful, polite, courteous & friendly. We have read your paper questionnaire & can truly say we are 'Highly Satisfied' in every respect. There is no way in which you could have improved your service to us. It was the Coroner & our accountant who both recommended that we use the Co-op to receive good, reliable service - & they were right! We are happy to recommend your services. Having recently arranged a family funeral with a different firm of funeral directors, the difference was very marked & made us appreciate your staff all the more. We are in the 70's age range. Many thanks for all you did to help give Frances a memorable farewell.

I can say, my experience with Kingston has been very good. Experienced staff who don’t leave anything ‘undone’. I would say that they are only a phone call away if you need to ask a question or have any worries.
