Co-op Funeralcare, Kingston Upon Thames

I was very pleased with the service I received from Co-op Funeralcare in Teddington. My questions were answered fully and nothing seemed to be too much trouble even when I changed my mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional Funeralcare service.

we organised the funeral from our local co-op in Yorkshire, the funeral took place in surrey and we could not get better service, both branches were really helpful and informative - just what we expect and certainly received from the Co-op

Ria Dalton, Funeral arranger in Kingston Upon Thames office, was so helpful and quick to respond throughout the entire process , I could not have asked for a better service. On the day, Peter who took care of all the details on the day, and the full team were so helpful and kind. My experience of CoOp Funeralcare could not have been any better. Superb.

The family dealt with Charly from the outset, and she was caring and supportive throughout. Even when having to deal with her distraught 19 year old daughter she was helpful and professional. Even when I took my shoe and sock off in her office (and then lost my sock), she was unfaised. The day of the funeral went without a hitch, and the Funeral Director and the attendants were amazing and extremely tolerant with guests even when they were slow to follow directions. The celebrant, Joanna was unbelievable and did a really fantastic service. all the family thank her. aA superb experience from start to finish, and made the trauma of losing a child at such a young age less traumatic for the whole family.

Thank you to Charley, Helen, Ruth and the team for helping to bid our mother, Eileen Alice Margaret Hughes, farewell. 
You honoured our wishes with sensitivity and respect. 
Thank you for allowing us to change our minds sometimes at the last minute and making it always a little easier for us  in our time of grief. 
Thank you for making adjustments that suited our wishes.
Most of all thank you for waiting for her Tudor gown to be lovingly made by Adrian and brought all the way from Italy with him and  for dressing her with such care and respect.
She looked Beautiful  🕊
We will always remember how you were our comfort at such a difficult time .

Helen and Charley are extremely helpful at a time which obviously difficult for the family.  Talking us through things clearly and compassionately. Always felt the service being offered was personal and not just a business.  The staff on the day of the funeral were helpful and supportive too

As a pre paid funeral plan was already in place I was supported with making any additional services that were required 

I was kept fully updated with  regular emails or phone calls

My husbands funeral was a true story of his life, the CO OP Funeralcare could not have done more to help us in this very sad time, Helen listened to how we wanted it to go and did all she could to make it happen, we had a wonderful chap from the British Legion, Michael Foster and a Civil Celebrant Joanna Adam they performed the funeral with such dignity, I could not have got a better team. Our family would like to thank them for a wonderful send of for my husband. I feel I could not have got a better funeral with anyone else, and would recommend the CO OP funeral Kingston upon Thames to anyone at this sad time.

I am so grateful for the guidance and support Helen at Coop Funeralcare Kingston gave us which helped us achieve the perfect funeral service for our mother. Helen told us all the options and put us in touch with a wonderful independent Celebrant, Jo who sourced Japanese music, poems and readings to bring our family's Buddhist and Western culture together and we were delighted with the Order of Service booklet produced by their printers. The team led by Peter who brought Mum to Kingston Crematorium were very respectful and I can truly say contact with Helen and Charly at co-op Funeralcare Kingston before and after Mum's funeral made a difficult job easier with their compassionate but knowledgeable guidance
