Consistent with the wishes of the deceased, it was sought to see the cremation done without ceremony and at least cost in every way. Having phoned Co-Op Funeral Care Services in Harrow Road I was to have the good fortune of being guided through all by Sarah, an excellent professional person who dealt with all throughout, with so much grace and goodness as to bring fine credit in abundance. My deceased friend would be greatly appreciative.

    The service provided by Co-op Funeralcare, North Kensington was above and beyond stellar. We live abroad (Canada) and we needed to make funeral arrangements for a family member that passed away in London. Not knowing how to navigate the bereavement process we were a bit overwhelmed. By doing a google search we landed on Co-op Funeralcare, North Kensington and Sarah Chipchase was inserted into our lives to help us navigate through the bereavement process. Words cannot express our appreciation to Sarah for going above and beyond in helping us through this difficult process.     I would actually like to be making an official complaint with regards to the situation that happened in relations to Coffins, the viewing of my Mother and the laying instate of my Mum at the chapel of rest for myself and my family!!!
