Everyone was most helpful during a very sad and confusing, bewildering time.


My questions were always answered in a gentle manner.
The ceremony was conducted in a professional manner with warmth and understanding. The service sheet was quite beautiful although there was a mistake in her birth year which I had overlooked in the preview and ought to have noticed. Thank you all for your comfort and guidance.

I previously booked with your Harlesden branch, which turned out to be a nightmare. I was already stress due to the passing of my mum, but your Harlesden branch made matters worse. With my experience of using the Co-op Funeral Service. I will not use this company again.

We booked 3 limousines along with the hearse for my father's funeral, we needed 3 limousines for all the family members. only two limousines turned up, we were told the 3rd car had broken down, we was only told this 5 minutes before all the funeral cars arrived. I ended up missing my dad's hearse arriving as i was inside trying to arrange taxis for the other family members. The limo's we booked was old and battered, The cars were all different and didn't even match, there was rubbish inside the limos from previous people who had use the cars.

From start to finish at a time when as a family we’re at our most vulnerable it took us for days to find we’re she was , when the Ambulance came to take my wife away then sent to women and honestly I not blaming them but myself and son had to carry her out which was one of the hardest and traumatic experience of my life and so many other things but I’ll be going to the parlour after Xmas because something definitely should be done 🙏thx you

Sarah Chipchase was so very professional. Sarah was helpful, kind and very sensitive to my sad state at the shock of suddenly losing my soulmate, Jonathan.
Sarah organised the entire funeral wonderfully. Sarah even phoned me on her day off leaving a kind voice message, that was much appreciated.
She gave me an introduction to Gary who officiated at the funeral. Gary was sensitive, kind and made Jonathan's funeral very special.
May I add that Stephen, was most kind and helpful too, when we all arrived prior to the funeral. And his team were so professional.
May I say a huge 'thank you' to Sarah.
