Craig our funeral director was amazing and a gentleman throughout.
Whilst we had some difficulties communicating with the actual branch - Craig intervened, gave reassurance and saw through each aspect of the funeral - we really couldn’t have asked for more.

I was extremely pleased with Holloway Funeralcare's work in arranging the funeral service for my mother. Maggie Murphy took me through every step of the process with great efficiency and sensitivity, which helped reduce the stress involved with such a difficult time. There was excellent communication throughout that helped me keep track of the whole event. The celebrant Kate Fuller also did a superb job, and liaised with me and Holloway Funeralcare seamlessly. Our family is very grateful to them all for their friendly, supportive service.

Craig delivered us the most respectful and beautiful funeral service we could of ever asked for.  

The quality shown from the initial meeting through to the church service  was second to none and he went above and beyond what we expected. So many members pf my family commented on his professionalism.
 
Highly recommended and a true credit to his  company and industry.

The person responsible for the first care, Maggie, took great care of me, as a person, through the moment of pain I was going through. She led the presentation of the details regarding the “Direct Cremation” option with delicacy and attention.

My concern was the absolute lack of communication once all the business details had been decided. The delay in my brother’s body arriving at the Funeral Home was unacceptable. You also took a long time to report the day of the cremation, which made me write to you to get the final date.

My brother’s body was cremated almost two months after his death, and I had no news. That was very frustrating. Several of my brother’s friends wrote, saying something very wrong was going on and that I would hide the actual cremation situation.

I would recommend using my difficult situation as an example in training sessions for your company’s customer service team.

Maggie at your Holloway Branch was excellent. Even when they had a flood and had to close the branch she phoned and got the florists to send my flowers to your East Finchley branch. I think the man that phoned me from East Finchley was Kevin who again was very informative to tell me what was happening. Overall an excellent experience.
