Everything about Mum’s funeral plan was excellent. From start to finish. From when I received the first phone call from Sinead, to tell me that they were taking care of my mum. That meant a lot to me.
Sinead helped my daughter and I to make decisions about the day and advised us on what to do.
Thanks to Lawrence for the lovely service and Stephanie and her team on the day. I can’t thank you all enough, such special caring people. Thank you.

As funerals go and this was my fathers it was perfect they were so helpful understanding nothing went wrong everything went to plan  contacted after to make sure everything was okay there it was absolutely perfect and I would recommend the co-op to anybody this is the second time I’ve been back there and both times was excellent

I found Sinead at the Hounslow branch very professional, along with Alan who assisted me all the way through. However, I do have some concerns about the 3 pallbearers who carried my late Husband along with our Grandson, they seemed to be sniggering and giggling as they got the coffee out of the hearse, not very professional and very upsetting for my Grandson.

The Funeral Director conducted the whole funeral with dignity, and made the cremation easy for us to be involved including putting my Grandsons at ease carrying their Grandmother into the chapel.

Thank you for comprehensive and sensitive arrangement of my mothers funeral.   In particular thanks to Sinead McDermott, whose continued attention through every step and as the days of the funeral approached helped immensely.   The addition of a webcast ensured all of our family were able to share the service and the slide show for reflection was professionally presented.
