Very professional from start to finish. Sinead was very caring and made sure the funeral was how we wanted it to be. Also on the day Coleen was very good,constantly checking we were okay and guiding us through. Rev Steve gave us a wonderful service. We really appreciate everything that was done for us.

Setting up the Simple Cremation was straightforward. A date and location was given but then communication ceased.
I had to phone the crematorium to verify that the cremation had taken place and what was required to collect the ashes.
Even if it was the crematorium's responsibility to notify me this should have been made clear by the Coop.
i am prepared to believe that this was not typical of your service but I will recount my experience to anyone who asks.
