Very professional service was provided with a dignified service for my mother. And will also add they did also did my father’s funeral to which was very professional service and hence why we went back to them for my mothers funeral

The Co-op offered an excellent service. Sinead at the Hounslow branch explained the different options thoroughly and sensitively. We were kept updated regularly and any questions I asked were responded to promptly. On the day everything ran smoothly and we felt well supported by the Co-op team, making the day that little bit easier. The payment options were also good.
