From the first time we contacted Timothy at the Co -Op in Chiswick we were always looked after so well. Nothing was to much trouble & we were taken through each stage with great care and dignity and everybody was so lovely. Many thanks especially to Tim and Reverend Steve.

Timothy of Chiswick Funeral care has done an excellent job organising my Dad's funeral. As my Dad was being buried many miles away in the north of England, it made the funeral more challenging for Timothy but he managed to organise and co-ordinate it perfectly. He listened to our wishes, was sympathetic, insightful and understanding and we had the funeral we wanted.

The support and consideration given and shown by all who I saw involved with the arrangements were professional, considerate and compassionate with all that took place. All was handled with the highest of regards towards the family as a whole which made this very difficult and sad time faced on the day easier knowing with the comfort that all will happen and pass with the greatest of care by those involved from the various professional bodies involved and it did from the first step to the last. I and the family are grateful for all the consideration that was shown throughout the process to the end.

Very happy with the support I received from both Timothy and Ross at Co-op funeral. They were kind and provided the best service for my son. The funeral director Alan, was also very pleasant on the day and helped to create a beautiful send off for my son.

Thank you for all your support with my Mum during the last five weeks.

Mum passing a week before Christmas was very traumatic for us, and I really appreciate how Ross, you went out of your way to help us, even providing updates on your days off.

Thank you, Timothy, for stepping in for these last few days to ensure Mum was well looked after before she went to Church.

And, Stephanie, you were wonderful on the day and made us all feel that we were in safe, professional hands.

You have a great team and I really appreciate all you did for my dear beautiful Mum.

I can't thank Timothy and the team more. From my very first contact with the co-op and having to make that dreaded phonecall at 1am through to the very last contact I had with the co-op they've been nothing but helpful, kind, caring and sensitive. I had never before arranged a funeral and I was absolutely clueless, I was led through the choices and process with compassion and no question or query was left unanswered. The beautiful service for my Nan was faultless and the funeral director and team were wonderful and respectful. They made such an incredibly difficult and emotional time that little bit easier and I honestly can't thank you all enough.
