    I found all your staff very professional and sympathetic in dealing with our recent bereavement. Sandra was fantastic, always keeping us informed of what was happening, why and when. Sandra help us through the process and gave us her time and experience, assisting us with our decision making.

     Excellent service. They were very kind and made everything really easy for us. It was exactly the funeral my dear Dad would have wanted.

    Arranging a funeral is difficult but from far away even more so. All was handled well and communication was good. On the day of the funeral everyone was respectful and helpful.
    One thing I would ask, please do not call the central morgue The hub, I just found it a strange phrase to use. Otherwise all was well organised.
