The service provided by Sandra and the team at H C Grimstead was professional, courteous and sensitive. I was grateful for the regular updates and checks to ensure that all ran smoothly on the day of the funeral and the care and attention to detail meant that, as a family, on the day we were able to address our thoughts to the memory of Mick. The conduct of the funeral director and his team was respectful and sensitive and they did everything to make the day feel special and in honour of my uncle. We are grateful for your professionalism.

The people in grimstead were really lovely so kind and helpful but who every got my mum dressed should be ashamed of there self I asked for my mum to look at peace instead her top looked like it was straggling her it wasn’t pulled down at the back her tights looked like Nora batty they were hanging  off her feet not even pulled up her knickers were over the top of her tights upside down the leg was round her waste the crutch was were her belly was I had to cut them off of her  her skirt wasn’t even pulled down at the back ur supose to show dignity to the deceased until the very end but no my poor mum looked like she had her clothes dragged on her I’m so upset and so are the family u really need to show these people who dress the people how to respect them till the very last
