Everyone was very friendly, helpful & kind. Especially Mandy at the office & Stephanie the funeral director. Would definitely use them again - but hopefully won't have time for a long while.

Very insensitive and disorganised approach . Difficult to get appointment to make arrangements initially,  emails not answered . When we did get an appointment were left waiting for nearly 20 minutes.  Were not guided through arrangements at all, we had to take the initiative on everything. 
Problem with ensuring Fathers body was going to be transported and  at Hayes co op in time for people to view prior to funeral .  Response to my concerns about this was that I was worrying unnecessarily which was not the case as the funeral was on 20th April and Hayes co op had been told he would not be here this side of Easter which left only one day for him to be transported, preparation of the body and viewings . We had previously been told he would be there the week before . Having only one day meant that Grandchild would not be able to say her goodbyes as was away over Easter returning in time for the funeral . Even then, the co op had no confirmation of a date for transfer so no guarantee of being here by funeral date .
The whole approach caused us unnecessary additional upset and distress which was not what we needed as well as continually having to make calls / email to check everything was in place.  Completely lost confidence in the service and was very upsetting and stressful. 
Manager , Laura took over and was also concerned by timescales re body arriving so arranged for somebody from Hayes to go up and collect body to enable it to be here in time for funeral and viewings 
Appreciate that she did so but it should not have come to this . I would not use co op again or recommend to anybody else due to such a bad experience.

The staff gave my husband the funeral he deserved, they were helpful and guided me through the upsetting time with kindness and took all the stress off my shoulders.

My family have always used the co-op funeral services, but after the way this funeral was handled I will not be using your services again and will not be recommending your services to anyone else.

Mandy Baldwin very good once we managed to contact her, terrible problems phoning the Hayes office.
Celebrant managed to get my Mothers middle name wrong.
Funeral Director attentive and in control of the proceedings

Our dealing with Co-op Funeralcare "Hayes" was very good they took care of all our needs and issues i have to say Colleen Dodge was excellent with us picking up thing dropping thing off and generally going over & above her duty. Thank you Co-op Funeralcare "Hayes" for making a difficult time a lot easier.

mostly everything was ok, except i ordered 2 limousines and only 1 arrived. i was
told later that i had cancelled one which i most certainly did not as i had informed the person in charge of my arrangement right from the start, at the beginning of december that i would need 2, one section of my family alone are 6 so the other limousine was needed.
also i had a personalised hearse and the sticker on the left hand front door was
missing luckily it wasn't the one with my husbands photo on or the one with the
message. i was told afterwards that it "fell off" on the way to pick the family up.
i must add that my funeral director on the day, alan, [sorry don't know his surname] was wonderful and went out of his way to add small details everywhere to make the funeral of my husband as personal as possible. thank you.

From start to finish I received 5* customer service. The staff were compassionate, empathic, very patient and always on the other end of the phone to answer an questions. Colleen is an amazing lady and she has the perfect skill set for her role.

The assistance from staff at the Co-Op Hayes branch was very good. However, I was a little disappointed that on the few occasions I wanted to make contact with the branch, I will automatically put through to a call centre. This would have been ok but it too about 10 minutes for the operating to accurately take my details for passing on.
