Absolutely everything was perfect, from the beginning to the end of the funeral process, and beyond.
The staff at the branch, Gemma in particular, were simply superb.
The funeral itself went as perfectly as it could, so again thanks to those staff involved too.
They all acted in a most professional manner, and kindness and dignity were there every step of the way.
It was the little things as well as the obvious ones, where they also excelled.
The family would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody for making our Mum's send off the best it could possibly be.

From the very beginning we received nothing but the very best care and attention fom all staff that dealt with us.Gemma at Hayes couldnt have been more helpfull.A lot of the arrangements had to be done remotely as we live some way from where my mother lived.The care and attention taken with my mothers body was also excellent considering she had had an accident which had left her face bruised.

My daughter in law recommended you, and the funeral car was a Jaguar so my wife went to the crematorium in style, all the ladies in the office were very nice and they let me bring Teddy our dog to see her mum for the last time, the car was decorated beautifully, thank you Steve

My over all experience with Co-op Funeral care was excellent. Gemma showed maturity, empathy and efficiency in all the right places. When Gemma was out of the office there was always a colleague able and willing to help. 
On the day of the funeral  Coleen was exceptional and helped to make things run very smoothly. However nothing is ever perfect so here are the reasons I haven’t given a five star rating. 
1. I could never park outside as the staff cars took all the parking spaces. 
2. Some times I held on the phone for ages without being answered and there was no option to leave a message. 
3. Between my father’s passing and the funeral I had endless calls from Co-op legal wanting to talk to me about probate. 

The ladies at Hayes Co-op did an excellent job and I would be happy to recommend your services.

The Co-op funeral parlour on the Uxbridge road we’re faultless. Nothing was too much trouble, so professional and alway sympathetic and kind. They have my husband a funeral that any one would be proud of.
