I could not have got through this whole process without the help and guidance given to me by Laura.. Laura and her tean were professional and the attention to detail was outstanding and highlighted by a number of people who attended the service. The love and care Laura gave to my daughter was so comfortng I would not have wanted to leave my daughter in the care of anyone else. Laura wentt over and above in everything she did

Mandy and Peter from Hayes west London, was absolutely amazing they made everything so easy and stress free, as this was my first time organising my beautiful Mum funeral, Mandy was so easy to talk to and discuss my Mum’s wishes. Few days before my Mum funeral Peter called to run through the details and how everything would go. On the day Peter and his team  made sure everything run smoothly, the horses was amazing and looked so beautiful. My Mum would have approved of everything. I couldn’t thank Mandy, Peter and the team enough they really do go above and beyond to help you when your at your lowest and literally heartbroken. Thank you so much for everything. Natalie

From the first point of contact on the phone, nothing could have gone better. Mandy, Gemma and the team at the Hayes branch were sympathetic, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Living out of the area meant all my contact was by phone and e-mail but they helped when I was having issues registering the death and the short time scale was no problem for them. The unique service they arranged allowed us to have more pleasant memories at a sad time. We cannot thank them enough for their help and advice.

From the outset when I called to inform the Coop of Mavis' death and to have her funeral plan activated, I was treated with professionalism. The following day I was contacted by Gemma Campbell who was assigned to help us. Gemma showed empathy, and compassion as well as being professional. Gemma helped me with the Order of Service, among other things pertaining to the funeral service. I had also made calls to the Hayes office and the people who answered my questions were also very helpful. The night before the funeral, I received a call from Alan, who walked me through the funeral process for the following day, which I found very helpful and comforting. On the day of the funeral, the drivers of the cars were respectful and compassionate towards the family, letting us feel as if we had all the time in the world. In short, I felt supported in what has been and is a difficult time. Thank you.

We took out a Coop funeralcare plan for my mum, Clare, which worked perfectly as the major decisions were already in place during this emotional time.
Our funeral arranger, Gemma, was amazing, although she knew Clare in her previous employment in the care home, nothing was too much trouble in making the arrangements.
She always kept us informed and suggested a celebrant who did a fantastic job on the day.
Gemma also conducted proceedings on the day of the funeral which went ahead without any hitches, or if there were any we were not aware of them.
Gemma and her team were exceptional.
