Can not praise the team at Hayes enough, in particular Gemma. 
We have unfortunately used them 3 times this year and can not fault anything. Gemma is ver caring and listens to your needs whilst being very professional at the same time.

Gemma helped me and my family to fulfil my husbands wishes for him to have a Direct Cremation. Gemma was so compassionate and explained what would happen and even down to what choice of music would my husband like, she answered all my questions and emails as things popped into my head.
My husband wishes were fulfilled and he had the funeral he wanted and we as a family are very grateful.

The service and funeral care was excellent. Only 4 stars for the non delivery of my paid for flowers, which was embarrassing for me because my husband loved flowers. The funeral people did appolise.

I cannot praise enough.. From the first meeting with Gemma we were supported and made to feel very comfortable at a very difficult time.. Simon our celebrant was excellent too, very supportive and comforting also. The flowers arranged for us were perfect, and Victoria and her courtage team, were professional, empathetic, with much care and attention to detail. We could not have wished for more. From this I will definitely be purchasing a funeral plan for myself in the near future. And recommending to all my family and friends.. Faultless! Thank you!

I had been advised that Jane's coffin would be upgraded free of charge to the same as John's (his was covered under his funeral policy) however this did not happen (Jane's was clearly a different (cheaper) coffin). This was a little disappointing.

They made what would had been an awful time not too bad. Everything from first going to arrange the service to the funeral ran very smoothly. Gemma is very friendly and put me at ease. The people at the funeral very effecient and Corina very friendly in looking after me.
