The staff was excellent with exchanging information and details. The staff were exceptionally compassionate with all their interactions with all of my family. Communications were easy and very quick responses to any inquiries we had, by phone, email. I would very highly recommend Palmers Green Funeral Care to anyone that's faced the loss of a loved one.

After the sad death of my father Stanley Cannell, we were recommended to use Co-Op funeral care at Palmers Green to arrange the funeral. We made contact and spoke to Graham Powell. From the outset Graham was sympathetic to our needs and made the whole process very straightforward. We cannot speak highly enough of his care to us as a family.

The team were extremely professional both before, during, and after the funeral. Graham, the branch manager at Palmers Green, went above and beyond the call of duty which was a great help as the family was thrown into the situation of organising a funeral while mourning the unexpected death of a loved one. I was very pleased with the service provided by Graham and Palmers Green Funeralcare. Whilst they weren't always immediately available, when I called, someone came back to me very quickly. The funeral Director on the day and his team were very professional in every aspect of the service they provided.
