The staff at the Elm Park branch of Co-op were excellent. Both Gayna & Courtney were very knowledgeable and help me plan my sisters funeral.  The service on the day went without any issues or concerns. We were told of the protocols in place and was advised on how to  carry my sister in.  We also must not forget the minister (Gary) very professional and again helped make the day nice on such a sad occasion.

    We was very pleased until the last piece of music was played. It wasn't by Michael Buble as requested. He was chosen in particular because he was mum's favourite. If they had let us know there was a problem, we would have chosen a different song.

    Especially Bonnie
    Such a lovely lady who helped me so so much at the saddest moment in my life losing my dad.
    So so helpful and always there if I need a chat.
    Paul also is a lovely guy, always there and will help & guide you through it.
    So pleased I chose Co op Funeral Care.
    Big respect to each & everyone of them.
    My dad had the best send off.

    Perfect from first phone call to arrange the start process . Polite ,reassuring ,couldn’t do enough for us .
    Excellent all through the day couldn’t have asked for more then good after care to see if I was ok .
    Had them twice now and I’ve pre paid mine so I know it will be done right , couldn’t recommend them more thank you .
