She was very conscientious and kind. The funeral came together smoothly. Very grateful for all steps and processes leading to my grans final resting place.

We were let down and Janet came to the rescue . The church. Crematorium and  the wake were sorted without fuss and the funeral was just one day late. We cannot thank Janet enough , Chelsea and the pallbearers all provide top service and the much needed calm we needed .

Funerals are not an easy time but the ladies at CoOp in South Harrow were fabulous. They were knowledgeable, caring and compassionate and could not have done any more for my family and I. They met all my needs and were wonderful at every step.

We were delighted by the service received. Our requirements for my mother's funeral appeared fairly simple but were complicated by challenges outside the control of the family and the funeral director.
Janet at South Harrow went the extra mile every step of the way and never made it seem like a problem. She was also great at keeping us informed about progress and next steps. Excellent customer service on her part. On top of that she is a genuinely lovely lady who handles everything very sensitively and with real warmth.
We were also very impressed by the team at Hayes who carried out the funeral on the day. Again Martin from Hayes took the trouble to go through our wishes and ensure they were carried out exactly as we requested, with professionalism, dignity but also warmth.

My mother Aletha was treated with dignity and respect. The only drawback was the lack of administrative staff at the office. But Janet did a good job as did your Hayes branch.

I did not book my partners funeral directly with South Harrow but wish I had. They were so helpful and sympathetic in sorting out all the misinformation and confusion around the direct cremation I purchased via the 0800 Co Operative funeral care line. I wish I had known I could book with the funeral care home closest to the hospital (which is not closest to my home). The people who work in the local offices seem to really care and want to help - it must be the direct contact with bereaved families that makes the difference but I could not praise highly enough the way they dealt with my difficulties and distress.

Absolutely disgusted with the service and lack of communication especially with Janet. They even threatened to cancel our funeral if they did not get a deposit that we did not discuss or was not mentioned at the initial meeting. Only 3 days before the funeral they asked for half of the money upfront and sent me am email to say they would cancel. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL
