Having to bury a loved one when they pass away is a heartbreaking experience.  I am pleased to say that James and his team eased the burden as much as they could.  They came highly recommended by my cousin and I soon realised that she had not been over generous with her praise at all.  From our very first conversation, I was happy to let James and his team handle everything.  Both he and Emma have a way of making you feel calm and unhurried as they gently guided you through the process.  On the day of my Dad’s funeral, we could not have ask for more from James and his team.  They were kind, patience  and very supportive, even going above and beyond.  I would not hesitate to recommend James Funeral Services.  Thank you so much for everything.  Karen.

From the first phone call after my dad passed away, James and Emma were kind, informative and so professional. A small funeral but nothing was too much trouble and the communication  was second to none. Always at the end of the phone or replying promptly to emails it made the process so trouble free.
The celebrant Barbara, who James put us in contact with is the most perfect person to officiate a ceremony for your loved one.
The day of the funeral was perfect, we felt looked after throughout and James and Barbara made it a day that we will never forget. Thank you all from all the family.

James Funeral Service carried out an excellent service for my Dad who passed away from Covid on 26/11. In these times of Covid restrictions everything was so much harder but James and his team took care of everything to the highest of standards and my Mother and I left everything in their very capable hands. The team were all so experienced, very respectful and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. We really did give my Father the best send off possible with the funeral restrictions but as a Family we were so pleased to have been recommended James Funeral Services. My mother’s funeral was one of the first carried out in Lockdown. It was carried out by the funeral directors with dignity and respect. They took time to explain what would happen at the graveside and were professional in their duties. As they had carried out my dads funeral taking into  account all our wishes i had no hesitation in using them again. I felt we knew them and vice versa and that made it more personal.
