From the moment I walked into the office of Levertons, Fortis Green I felt utterly supported and gently guided through the process of organising my mother's funeral. Deborah, our F ... uneral Director, understood exactly the difficulty of making decisions when you are newly bereaved, and her unfailing patience and respectful guidance helped me create the most wonderful send off for my mum. She has gone beyond what I would ever have expected a Funeral Director's service to provide; one of the most touching and comforting things she did for me was to create a website where I and others could post pictures of my mother, light a candle for her as well as leave details of the service. All Deborah's colleagues were similarly professional and sensitive and always calmly organised. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Deborah and her team for their exceptional care and respect they took of my mother and my family.   more
