I have used the Co-op funeral care Parsons Green twice and have nothing but praise for the service they provided. Ginny in particular has been an absolute treasure and is always so caring, respectful and helpful with the planning. On the day of the service the funeral director Sebastian and his colleagues were superb. Again, respectful and caring. I would highly recommend to anyone having to arrange a funeral.

It's generally satisfactory. The time of 30 minutes in all allowed for the ceremony is a bit short. 45 minutes would have been more adequate.

Very helpful from start to finish. The fact that I needed to change the time of the funeral after the booking was made was all taken in their stride.
I appreciated the telephone call  the evening before just to check that everything was in place and just so.
I can not fault them at all.

It is difficult to leave a review because although the care was good there was one really awful aspect it. We came as a family knowing in advance that we we going for a direct cremation. We were given three options. 1. to scatter the ashes, 2. to collect the ashes in 2/3 days or 3. to pay £100 to have them couriered. One does have a general idea of what a courier service means. We were given a leaflet on the way out but did not read it as we thought we had dealt with all the details. It now seems that your employ a really shoddy service which can take up to 28 days do anything. I am not even going to be told until the 4th April when I might get my husbands ashes. This has has caused me so much unnecessary distress when I am already close to breaking. It could have all been avoided if the person, who was vert kind, in the funeral office had simply said that your courier service was awful and it would be best to just get a taxi and collect the ashes. So for this reason, and for this reason only I have given a 1 star terrible review.

Attentive and sympathetic. Both Ginny and Steven were extremely courteous and welcoming, and in such difficult circumstances I felt calm and at ease. On arranging the funeral details I never felt like I was just another customer so to speak and it all felt very personable. My partner was treated with dignity and the utmost respect and both the funeral director and our celebrant, Malcolm were outstandingly brilliant. Even though this was my first time having to deal with what was such a traumatic part of my life, it was made so much more bearable with the care and compassion from everyone involved.

The staff were exceptional in their care offered throughout the arrangements. We were able to provide a beautiful send off thanks to the arrangements offered, we couldn’t have asked for more in a difficult time.
