An amazing service was provided by David and the team from start to finish. We were made to feel at ease when arranging the day, everything was explained to us and mum’s funeral was carried out with extreme dignity and care.

Would thoroughly recommend Hammersmith Funeralcare.

We couldn’t of asked for a better person to plan my Dads funeral. David from the moment we met him, was personable, warm and thorough. He was quick to organise dates and get in contact with the correct people. Thank you so much David; every interaction with you was a pleasure. Seb and his team on the day were incredible, what lovely mannerly people. They were polite, professional and patient with us.
We are so grateful for all of you, and still talk about how lovely you made each step of such a hard and sad experience easier for our family. We couldn’t recommend Hammersmith Funeralcare enough!

We were very pleased with the service provided by Hammersmith Funeralcare. Everyone with whom we came was sympathetic to our needs and requirements and we were kept up to date as the arrangements were put in place. All the individual elements of the funeral were provided, ie transport to and from the Crematorium, Orders of Service, flowers etc, and everything worked well. The suggested Minister was perfect for the occasion and the ceremony was much appreciated by all who attended.

David assisted me throughout the process in a professional and caring manner. He explained everything clearly. This was the first time that I have had to deal with the arranging of a funeral service but he assisted me the whole time, checking that I was happy with all the details, and therefore making a difficult time bearable. The service was a friendly tribute to my mum and proceeded without any problems.

In the end the funeral went very well. couple of things that have annoyed us though. We tried on several occasions to contact the Hammersmith branch , redirected and on one occasion I had to spell out my name, The webcast was not sorted out till the morning of the funeral. This morning I tried to pay the outstanding balance, redirected again and told someone would phone me back. Nobody has. I paid online which I really did not want to do. I have to say that David Regalade helped out in the end. We are not disappointed but not entirely happy either. Lawrence and Chrissie Reed

Everything was amazing, we can't thank Jamie enough for guiding us through all the different stages of the burial with a very caring, kind and knowledgeable manner.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars was because of the confusion of the address (post code) to the Mortlake Chaple. Otherwise everything else was perfect, thank you.

I have only praise for Jaime at Hammersmith Funeralcare.
I initially arranged an appointment to discuss some specific requirements the family had for the cremation (as I was unsure which package/option it would fit into); and these were all accommodated without any problem.

It was quite reassuring witnessing her arrange all the details in real-time during the appointment. The family were given plenty of time to answer a few remaining open questions. Later, when some family requirements changed, Jaime was also able to adapt the funeral plan seamlessly.

On the day: the cremation was carried out without problem. The Funeral Director and the Co-op Members who transported the coffin were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. A big Thank You to all involved.

Jamie is a real credit to the organisation: whatever Funeralcare are paying her - they should double it.

We were very happy with the care, attention and advice given by Jaime, who listened carefully to our requests and answered our numerous questions. Sebastian was very attentive on the day. 
The chosen graphic images which were skilfully transferred onto Robin’s coffin, looked amazing and gave great delight to the mourners on an otherwise sad day. 
We were disappointed to be told by Malcolm Graves minutes before the ceremony, that our request not to close the curtains around the coffin, was declined. He explained that closing the curtains would indicate the end of the ceremony and prompt mourners to leave. Time was an important aspect, as Mr Graves was officiating at another funeral that followed immediately after ours. He suggested the coffin be placed on a ‘trolley’ that would be wheeled in for all to view. Unfortunately, the trolley was very low and only seen by those at the aisle ends. The view was much clearer when the coffin was placed on the raised bier. 
The ceremony passed very quickly and it was predictably distressing to see the curtain close at the end. I looked at my watch and saw it was 6-7 minutes to 4pm.
We were upset that these valuable minutes would have allowed sufficient time for everyone to closely view Robin’s beautifully adorned coffin.
