The service provided was excellent…I felt like everything was being looked after in a respectable, caring, considerate and professional manner, for which the family are very grateful. The guys who came to collect. My father’s body was so respectful, and kind of would like to extend a special thanks to them. Lastly another special thanks to the chap, kings St Office, who helped us with all the arrangements, he was so lovely, really excellent service ❤️🙏

The team in Hammersmith were very professional and affable. The planner Dave help make a hard time for my family pretty simple in terms of organisation.

I could not ask for more wonderful funeral director. Dave who arranged the whole of mums funeral was amazing taking all the stress  and worry away from myself and my sister. I would defo recommend this company and defo Dave who supported all the way through. Richard who was at the cremation also made me feel at ease and everything run so smoothly.

The staff was very attentive and gave us the best advice in preparing for the event. I would recommend them as a leader in their respective professions. After care was just as courteous as well.

Overall we were very pleased with the service. Our only concern was on the day of the funeral  we noticed the coffin was not what we had ordered.
I contacted the directors after and the explanation was that the original coffin was scratched and they didn’t think it was up to standard, so was changed to the nearest to what we had chosen.

Hammersmith Funeralcare, and particularly Dave Regalade, went above and beyond in his role as our funeral director, he guided us through the process of arranging my late father's funeral at this most difficult time with compassion, he was sincere, sympathetic (without overdoing it), informative and genuinely a really lovely guy, he was able to give us ideas and assist us with details we hadn't even thought of. The funeral went beautifully, without hitch and was everything we could have wished for - he is definitely a credit to the company. We also decided, (after doing some research on prices on the market), to order some flowers from Co-op, they were surprisingly really competitively priced and they were beautiful, thanks - 5* service
