    Truly attrotious service. Staff didn't respond to our calls. It took 2 months to get a simple cremation booked. And they tried to overcharge us by £400.

    Jodie and Craig at Hackney Funeral Care ,who we spoke to on the phone were very helpful and gave a professional service in our difficult circumstances and we are very greatfull to them and all other staff.

    I found the funeral for pamela harrap on a unbelievable excellent. Service. Very professional and everything they did made mums day perfect. I especially want to thank Paul for helping us through what is always a very difficult day

    On the day the workers carried out our families wishes . The undertakers were kind and considerate and very patient with me .
    Kevin was ver thoughtful and has offered to collect my sons ashes when they are ready .Thank you
