I Couldn't of had more respect and praise for how far and beyond the team at mulligans cared for and considered my daughter, my family and my self throughout the most hardest time of my life with the sad loss of my daughter.
They made everything a bit more bareable and treated us as they were part of the family although stayed fully professional, providing support and love throughout this extremely difficult time.
Thank you to all at mulligans you helped in more ways then you will know or than I can explain.

From start to finish these guys went above and beyond for me and my family. The care that went into my brothers funeral was outstanding. They made the process so smooth sailing for us. Harry was only 36 when he passed. Its such a sad things to deal with. Having the support off the team made it that bit easier. We can’t taken you enough guys 💙

What can I say, from the beginning to the end of my mums beautiful send off Perry, the boys and Tracey were amazing. Couldn’t do enough for us. At the saddest point of our lives, they was the most empathetic, caring and attentive to anything we needed. Thank you all so much.

What a company! Such respectful wonderful staff. Tracie and kelsie made the whole process of booking the funeral so easy and friendly and their attention to detail was amazing. Tracie went above and beyond to get us the best and kept us informed at all times. The extra little pieces that were placed on the coffin was such a respectful touch and everything was 100% perfect. Even the way he was laid out in the chapel of rest was so calming and dignified. The boys on the day were amazing and the respect that was shown to my dad and us as a family was amazing. We couldn’t of asked for more and a massive thank you to Perry for making the journey to the wake light hearted and cheering us up. The whole day was made by p l mulligans and they gave my dad the best send off we could imagine. You know the company must be good when even the local hospice recommended them and the high priest sings their praises. I just want to end this review with yet another shout out to Tracie who is an angel. Wil ... l forever be in your debt x more

The care, compassion and respect shown by all the staff at the Eltham branch was exceptional from start to finish.
Tracie was so helpful and thoughtful with making the arrangements for my brothers funeral, she made the process much easier to bear with her gentle wording (bed rather than coffin, using his name rather than referring to 'the body' etc) and reassurances of how well they would look after my brother left me feeling comforted that he was going to be in the best hands.
The professionalism and respect shown by the guys on the day of the funeral was faultless.
It truly felt like my brother was one of their own family members, all of the team went above and beyond and it showed that this is viewed as sop much more than just a job to them all. I can't thank them all enough for making what was an extremely difficult time that bit less painful xx

From the second we contacted Traci we knew we were in experienced hands.

Nothing was  problem. Her attention to detail and the small things we would have never thought of made the whole process smooth and without any issues. 

The days after mums passing she guided us through what needed to be done and was always available if we had any questions. 

She treated mum like she knew her with empathy and compassion.

The day of the funeral was also handled amazingly by Perry and the team and we couldn’t thank them enough.

We were given so much support and we can’t thank them enough for that.

Even after the funeral they checked in on us to see how we all were. 

Thank you all for everything you have done to make mums final journey one we will always look back on with happy memories and one that mum herself would have approved of.

PL Mulligan Funeral Directors  went the extra mile to ensure that my son’s funeral was organised and the day was a memorable one, given the circumstances. From start to finish everything was excellent and I testify to their great customer service. I would hereby without a shadow of a doubt recommend them to anyone, wanting to entrust the funeral of their loved one to a Funeral Director. Overall I can say I am satisfied with the way my son’s funeral was conducted...👍😁😄😇
