Can not speak high enough of the team there . From the start even to now once it has all finished they have been so nice and understanding making sure me and the family are ok . I would like to give a shout out to Jenna as well who really made it so much easier . With her help and care and understating and just her overall professionalism of her job . She is a credit to the company . I would highly recommend to anyone going through this situation to use the eltham branch.

Met with Louise at Well Hall funeral directors.
She was fantastic throughout and was very helpful with everything that needed doing.
On they day of the funeral the director and his team were fantastic. Helpful and guided through what needed to be done.
Had a call the day before the service and explained what was due to happen. Also had a call a few days after. Can't thank you all enough

I found it difficult to get in touch with your local office. Every time I telephoned, the call got transferred to head office. I had to tell them about issues and re-tell when the local agent who worked only between 10 am and 2 pm phoned me. There was only one person in Eltham.
Having asked and reluctantly given an extension of 15 minutes before the church service started, I wad phoned late on the evening before the funeral and told that the hurse will arrive very early. This threw everything I had planned out of the window.
The good things - I was always treated with courtesy by every member of the staff.
The handling of placing the flowers and retrieving the messages were done professionally. I was told that I could phone the person who brought my aunty to her house, that I could call him at any time.
I wish you well in the future.

Jenna, Simon and the team provided a professional and sensitive service that gave a great sense of peace as we said goodbye to my uncle. I can’t thank them enough for making things so much easier for the family.

A sympathetic and helpful meeting, I was very pleased with the Order of Service and the flowers ordered through the Co-op were beautiful. Only criticism I have is it is very difficult to get in touch with the Eltham Branch I kept being transferred to Manchester, which was frustrating.

The help at the crematorium was good. In dealing with the office I was told that I was a "high credit risk." I expressed surprise and it was repeated. An Experian check would show that I am 999/999. You cannot have better ! I find this likely to have been a lie on the part of the staff member who also could not find my CO-OP membership.

Jenna was very helpful and understanding. Explained the funeral plans well and the Humanist she had chosen for us was just perfect for the day of the funeral.
Jenna also rang me to see how I was and if I needed any further help I was just to ring them.

Monica handled the funeral very well sorting out my mother's bond, even though it was taken out in 1973. Jay took charge on the day and all my mum's wishes were carried out. a very sad occasion, but made easier by the staff there. Would recommend to anyone.
