From start to finish everyone involved in Gordon's funeral were excellent, especially Mandy and Joanne, not only with their help and advice, but kindness, guiding me along the way. It made Gordon's funeral feel extra special on a sad occasion. The Service is just how Gordon would have wanted it.

Brilliant service from the start. At one of the worst moments of my life, Joanne and Jade put us at ease with just the right amount of empathy and humour (which I don’t doubt is catered towards what each individual requires) 
What seemed an impossible task was taken off of us and dealt with in the most respectful and professional manner. 
Mandy the funeral director and her colleagues were also wonderful as was our celebrant, Louise. 
I don’t have a bad word to say. I can only recommend the Co-op funeralcare at Lancaster Road.

We received an excellent service from the team at Lancaster Road from the moment of first contact up until the funeral. The funeral was in Enfield, burial in Norfolk but all the arrangements went very smoothly and we were updated at every stage.
I highly recommend them

We were really impressed with the Coop Funeralcare service. From the start, Joanne was sympathetic, supportive and with a really nice human touch. Danielle and the team on the day were respectful, sensitive and utterly professional. All in all a really good job letting us say goodbye to mum in the way she would have wanted. Joanne was excellent from the moment we first spoke to her. She was very efficient, explained procedures clearly and was very kind and helpful in a difficult situation. She allocated us a fantastic celebrant and the funeral went as well as it possibly could. Highly recommended.

In the spirit of positive feedback, it would have been better to have heard from Mandy a couple of days before the funeral to finalise the arrangements, rather than on the morning of the funeral.
