Punctuality very good bearing in mind the weather conditions. Speach by Gary King was exceptional and accurate. It's a same that the communication between head office and local office was poor, because of poor communication equipment, e.g. waiting for someone to answer the phone, 50mins waiting, music played through poor sound equipment.

As I do not live near Enfield, I dealt with a Co-op Funeralcare in my area, all information then got relied to Lancaster Road and they were brilliant. Any communication or request was dealt with promptly and they stored the silk flowers and wrote the cards for the flowers due to the distance and logistics. As everything was organized with ease, I really felt supported.

The service offered was professional but also personal from beginning to end . Nothing was too much trouble  and the celebrant Louise Chipperfield  was extremely helpful and wrote an excellent eulogy. Many people  who attended  said how much they “enjoyed the service” and that was in part because of  CoOp Funeralcare.
