The director and staff were prompt and very professional yet kind and considerate. Despite the unforeseen issue of a narrow church aisle over 150yrs old. They managed to get mum's coffin in without too much stress. Thank you for providing for my father to do his floral tribute to mum. Showing the extra care you provide for your customers!!

Thank you for making this an easy process for all the family.

Only one problem, when calling the office for any information we had talk to some who could not help but they were able to messaged them to call us back. Which they did, but as we were dealing with a sad and emotional situation l felt it was frustrating, so it must be down to lack of staff, but  l guess that was the best way to help.

Thank you very much for looking after my brother Mr Aggrey .Z.A.Suit. As a family we were very pleased at the way how you handled the all process from the beginning to end.
On the day of the burial, the weather condition and the wind were so bad but despite that you kept the family well informed of the changes and laised with Enfield Council and Mr Suit's family so that the funeral service at the church and the burial at the Cemetery was not cancelled.
Once again thanks for all your help and support during a very difficult in our family.

The whole process of arranging Richard William Standings funeral was excellent.
Jeanette was lovely, so empathetic and a lovely lady.
The men and women who carried my Grandads coffin and drove the funeral cars where so nice.
It was and still is a very sad time for us all, but the service we received, made it that much more manageable.

In times of extreme emotion, it is beyond useful to have logistics go to plan.
The funeral arrangements once agreed didn't need revisiting and were executed beautifully.

We felt that all went well on the day by the CooP except that we thought that having the JCB digger and groundsman beside the grave during our short committal service was upsetting for some of the mourners.

Very efficient service. All staff very caring. Jeanette and George at Ponders End branch gave us all the help and supported we needed. Jeanette put us in touch with a celebrant Mark Collins who was just what we needed and completely attuned to the service we needed. Would recommend the Co-op Funeral Service at Ponders End to friends and family.
