Noreeza has been extremely efficient, helpful and professional with all of the funeral arrangements. 
My mother, sister and I are extremely grateful for all the hard work that Noreeza has put in over the past weeks and we’d like to thank her colleagues as well for their work on the day of the funeral itself.

Lisa and her team had compassion at a very hard time for our family. They looked after my Father and treated him with the upmost dignity and respect and was able to give him the send off he deserved after a long life. George and his team on the day of the funeral made sure everything went smoothly and we as a family are greatful for his compassion on what was a very hard day.

The process went smoothly from start to finish. Co-op Funeralcare were caring and supportive and the family felt comfortable dealing with them at what was obviously a very emotional time.

I had to do lots of chasing up to get cremation arranged. Staff said they would call back and didn’t. Poor service.

The staff and the services were very good. But the service offered before and during some on the funeral day could be more religious ,cultural specific. This is not a complaint.

Thank you for helping us through such a difficult time. Your professionalism and organisational skills were equal to your understanding and personal, human interaction. We never once felt like it was a 'process', and every effort was made to ensure that all our individual requests were met. Despite obvious under-staffing, time was taken to keep in touch throughout the period. All at a very competitive price. Thank you for being a reliable business among many 'not so genuine' organisations that we have had to deal with over this very sad few months.

Did a beautiful service,nothing was too  much trouble  for her.

And lastly. Jeanette Larner  in the Coop Hertford road  Enfield branch—. Fantastic.    She gave lots of help  and advice  making the arrangements and liaising with the family.     Would highly recommend .

Such due care and attention was taken during the unknown process of arranging a funeral at a very difficult time. From the initial meeting with Lisa and contact with the team during the weeks leading up to the day of the funeral was seamless. George the funeral director on who was fantastic and so professional on the day of the funeral we couldn’t of asked for much more. Would definitely be recommending to my friends and family!
