Co-op Funeral Care were efficient, helpful and had very sympathetic and well-trained staff. Under difficult circumstances they were a pleasure to deal with. Costs and options were fully explained, as were the methods of making payment. All in all an extremely good experience.

I would just like to say what a wonderful funeral that you supplied for my daughter Caroline.
The service and compassion myself and her partner received was second to none. I feel Caroline would have wanted a dignified but beautiful day and that was certainly provided.
The staff and directors showed genuine care for the family and for Caroline. They where very respectful.

Karen was lovely from start to finish with the organisation of Nigel's funeral. Lisa was also kind and cut me a lock of hair for me to keep.

Andy on the day was very professional and made the whole morning go well and made me feel at ease.

Sonya who gave the service was lovely, kind and respectful. She is a true professional.

I have had lots of comments to say Nigel's service was well organised and a lovely service to remember Nigel the way he would have wanted.
