Everything was as it said on the proverbial tin!
I have been involved in using your services with satisfactory results previously and so was quite content to return again. I particularly prefer your quite open, friendly and practical approach with your face to face dealings despite such sad occasions.
Initial arrangements with Norisa at your office, then with Funeral Director George on the day,also with delegated Celibrant Mark were all measured and appropriate.Thank you.

There were three errors made I.E. There was an error made re the order of Service response from the priest to the Co-Op funeral care home, but he quickly apologised and rectified his mistake. The second area was major to us the family I.E. The funeral home administrator did not follow instructions sent to her and put the nephew of the deceased on the front cover of the order of Service, and omitted other information advised. Again, she did call and apologise and blamed a lack of staff and high work volume for the error. The third error was on the day of the funeral, we specifically told the funeral parlour and funeral director who sat in on our meeting that we didn't want members of the family to carry the coffin, we wanted the funeral director and his team to manage this. The funeral director called me the day before and we went over the requirements of the family. Yet he still told the family outside the chapel at the Crematorium how to carry the coffin. This left my partner feeling awkward and uncomfortable as he did not expect to do this and didn't want to create a scene last minute. Overall the service from the Co Op Funeral care in Hertford Rd Enfield is good. A lovely lady hand delivered the invoice for us. However I would say they need to pay more attention to detail, in order to receive an excellent rating.

Great team, who were respectful and helped our loved one get the send off she deserved. They were there throughout the whole process, kept us updated as soon as they knew what was happening with coroners, etc.

Cannot thank the team enough for helping us all through a difficult time. Especially BiBi, Karen and George.

The assigned Funeral coordinator Nooreza from Hertford Road branch was excellent. Taking time to explain everything and nothing was too much trouble. George the funeral director was also polite & courteous. Great all round service.

From the first meeting to arrange my aunt’s funeral, with regular updates to check everything was in order,  to the day itself- everyone we dealt with responded promptly and thoughtfully - ensuring that the funeral ran smoothly and was a fitting tribute to my aunt. 

Particular thanks to George, who led his team on the day. He made sure everything was done just right. He was very professional and kind.

Karen and the team were fantastic!! All dealings, including the day of the funeral were amazing. All details were great and nothing was missed, the day ran as perfectly as it could. Having to organise my Mum’s funeral with my sisters due to my Dad not been able to because he had a stroke. Nooreza and George very welcoming, kept us well informed and anything we needed or questions they helped. Would 100% recommend them.

Nooreza was excellent with the detail and the arrangements, everything was easy to organise. George and his team were there on the day to pick us up, the cremation service was as good as we could have expected and Alice got a good send off. I would not hesitate to reccomend them.
