The team were very caring and thoughtful in the way they handled mum. Especially by joining in our colour for the day by wearing blue and putting a blue ribbon around the coffin/basket.Also the lady said that mum looked lovely in her outfit. Which touched our hearts.

Kelly was marvellous in her support of making arrangements for my father's funeral. Even last minute difficulties with the chosen coffin materials were handled smoothly and without causing fuss. The COOP funeral care and legal services team have been truly supportive at a difficult time. Thank you

I was so impressed with my experiences with Co-op Funeralcare Ealing. Kelly, our contact in the office arranged everything with calm efficiency, offering advice where we needed it but never pushing. She was considerate and guided us through the whole process, liaising with the church tactfully and respectfully. Colleen, our Funeral Director on the day, was efficient, authoritative and compassionate. She called the day before to talk through arrangements and led the event and the team on the day impeccably. Everything went incredibly smoothly.

Kelly from the Ealing Funeralcare Pitshanger Lane branch supported my family after the passing of my sister. Her service and manner were excellent. She intuitively responded to our needs, and contacted us in a calm and timely manner. She helped us keep to various deadlines in order to create an excellent funeral, and made the experience a lot less stressful. I'm glad that the Co-op have such a wonderful person to manage this difficult time for bereaved families.

The funeral director Stephanie, and everyone else involved, were brilliant too.

The only suggestion I would make is to the third party who created the tribute/memorial website. My daughter designed her own website in the end, simply because she wanted to create something that had more character and reflected my sister's personality. I wonder if there is another service to create a more personal website. I think this is especially important during the pandemic, the website being the only place to grieve for many who cannot attend the funeral.

Thanks again for all the support.

Both Kelly in the Pitshanger Lane office and Stephanie who was the funeral director on the day were kindness itself and everything went very well. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what mum would have wanted. Thank you.
