The interment itself and the funeral director (Alan) was very good. Everything else up to that point was in my view, poor, added stress and the grieving family seemed to be of no interest to the offered service.

I was very pleased with the sevice provided .Kelly liased with the Reverand at the church and a lot of the stress was taken out of the process .A slight hitch on the day was quickly rectified and all went smoothly afterwards.
