I am left with a very positive feeling in my dealing with Jo Williamson at Thornton Heath Funeral Parlour. She was warm and friendly and gave us lots of help ie ordering flowers and giving me printer's details as the package we chose did not have this in the package.
The coffin looked smart and the whole package made the day go without any problems. The funeral director and the celebrant were lovely to deal with and the whole process went so smoothly.
Jo telephoned me a couple of times to check if I needed any help with anything.
An excellent experience of a sad day.

Jo was very sensitive to the family's situation and often called to check on our wellbeing and state of mind. She was accommodating of our special requests and kept us informed of progress at every stage.

Jo has been so kind and understanding, she has kept in constant contact to make sure I am ok and everything is going well,she is so helpful and sincere.
On the day of the funeral Terry was also very kind and understanding he remained very professional and they have both phoned me since the funeral which I appreciated.I would always recommend your services  and would definitely use your services again in the future.

Jo was really lovely genuinely sympathetic and very helpful. Also phoned a few days after the funeral to see that we were all ok.Jo found us a really nice celebrant to do the service we couldn't of wished for better. On the day Terry officiated the service with the upmost respect . Our experience with you was absolutely fantastic.

Our Funeral Director, Dean and Driver Ken are without doubt the best people that you could ever have to accompany you on your dearest final journey. They were very respectfull all the way that we followed the Hearse from the limousine. The journey from the funerary to the cemetery was near 2-hours, and they presentef their respects and allow us time to do so.
Dean is simply the best. Beforehand, he explained in detail what would happen on the day of the funeral, and allowed us to personalise it. He responded to our questions promptly after contacting him. On the day of the funeral he was considerate and reassuring, from our house to the cemetery. After the funeral service, Dean and Kent even took us to the venue for the Memorial. Everything was perfect.

The team, and particularly Jo, at the COOP funeral directors in Thornton Heath went above and beyond at all times. Jo was a kind and caring person who treated me with respect and completely understood what was needed and responded positively at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and her knowledge and interpersonal skills helped everything to run smoothly. On the day of the funeral the team were amazing and made the whole experience a wonderful one - a very fitting send off for my dad.

I cannot thank Jo enough for her help and guidance through organising my gran’s funeral. I had quite a few examples of ‘order of service’s’ available to me and the different packages are quite clear and concise. The viewing of my gran was arranged for a convenient day and length of time. I’m very happy with the service and just the caring nature of Jo’s service I received.
