The service we received was sensitive, efficient, discreet and sympathetic. On the day the staff were  dressed immaculately. The horse and carriage was outstanding. They conducted themselves with decorum and made a. Difficult day go smoothly, and without stress to the family. They went over and above what was required of them.

We had a very efficient and compassionate service from the staff, who were very sensitive to our needs.  We hope not to have to use funeral services again for a long time, but if we needed to we would certainly choose Rowland Bros.

The services of Rowland Brothers was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. On the day of the funeral they were magnificent, sensitive and so understanding. Our family could not have wished for a better company to handle the funeral. The whole support and guidance offered by Carly at the West Croydon office, how my mum was looked after and presented was superb and could not be faulted, The communication was exemplary and Carly kept the family informed every step of the way. The service that we received can only be described as perfect and professional. The pall bearers were so accommodating and caring and we will be forever grateful for the services of Rowland Brothers in helping us say farewell to our beloved mother. Rowland Brothers made the day extra special. Many of the guests at the funeral commented on their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you, all of you. You will be highly recommended by us. The service that Rowland Brothers provide is second to none. We have used them before, which led us to use them again due to their compassion and attention to detail.  

They made everything extremely easy for us, so that we could focus on the things that required less of an emotional involvement.

The complete outfit, from the office admin to the hearse driver and pall-bearers...was carried out with empathy and integrity. 

I would gladly recommend Rowland Bros again and again.

Rowland Brothers gave excellent service during the planning and preparation of the funeral. Happy and willing to spend as much time as necessary to make sure our requirements were met. Everything was fully explained in a friendly and compassionate manner. The funeral was beautifully managed in a very calm, gentle and professional manner.

My first disappointment was that the casket of my choice was discontinued,

I was unhappy in regards to the Golden Policy that I had taken out before hand because when the time to implement it there was some misunderstanding as to what I was told

When I went to view Florence's body in the chapel the lights were dim so I didn't get to see the face properly and I was concentrating on the plaque which had the wrong age written on it, had I noticed her face at that stage I would not have had the casket opened the day.

A funeral is a chance for everyone to say their last goodbye to the deceased, I was shocked at the way my aunt looked, it's as though the Rowland Brother tried to put her together after a horrific accident she looked like something out of a horror movie.

In all my years of attending funerals I have never seen someone look so deformed. This was not the last memory I intended for my family to have of our loved one, considering she died of natural cause.
