Rouse and Company have been extremely supportive from start to finish.

Like most people, we knew very little about the funeral process, but Mark and his team were extremely supportive and helpful from the very first phone call and are still helping us today, after the cremation has taken place

Rouse and Company have been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and this has been greatly appreciated by the whole family.

Nothing has been too much trouble, and the team have responded quickly to every question

We know these are difficult times and the teams professionalism has shone through.

I would definitely recommend Rouse and Company to anyone looking for an excellent, supportive and responsive Funeral Directors.

Rouse and Co were unbelievable, so caring, helpful, and nothing too much trouble. They arrived at the house earlier to give us time to see floral tributes.

Mark, you guided me through every step when arranging my mum’s funeral during such a distressing time.  Every idea or request I had was welcomed, and granted.  Mum’s funeral was perfect.  I have received so many messages since the day saying just how wonderful the funeral and service was.  Also thanks to Grace, the celebrant, who carried out the service as requested expertly and with such warmth, just like she was part of our family.  One last thing, thank you for taking care of my darling mum xx

Mark and the team looked after us recently for my dad funeral.

They were transparent with prices and we paid exactly what we expected. Communication with them was easy and timely. Getting back to us very promptly when we reached out and preventively when required.

They choose a celebrant, Grace, for us who could not have a better person to help us celebrate my dad’s life.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend them higher and thank them all.

Mark at Rouse and Co. dealt with everything for us without any fuss and with clear information and instructions. He asked questions in a respectful way, understanding our distress. Even though we had little time to organise everything it certainly didn't feel like he was rushing us. He was respectful, kind and understanding, and I was pleased with how everything went.
