Mark and Louise were so easy to talk to. They answered all my questions via email, txt or phonecall. Nothing was too much for them. They gave advice and explained how things would be on the day to a tee. We were able to use their chapel to say goodbye to my father before his funeral. 
Fantastic service and would highly recommend them.

Mark and his staff were wonderful making a very hard occasion go smoothly with the highest level of compassion. From the first phone call to them dropping us off for the celebration of my mother’s life they did everything possible to make sure it was what our family had envisioned. 5 stars really isn’t enough. 10 would be far more deserving. Thank you Mark and all your amazing staff.

It is difficult loosing a loved one, the pain, the worry of having to arrange a funeral etc. Mark & Louise took all that stress away from us. They met our needs, they treated us as a family and my beloved Nan with respect, kindness and care. All the questions we had and the empathy and reassurance that they provided us.. nothing was ever too much for them. They made sure my nan had the send off that she truly deserved. Mark & Louise and the rest of the team at Rouse & Co you are absolutely honoured for what you do for bereaved families, the love, the dedication and the effort that you provide to make sure we are happy is breath taking. The turn out for my nans funeral couldn’t have been any better, it was everything and more & that’s thanks to you guys!

I would highly recommend Rouse and Co. They made a really horrible time so much easier. They were so lovely and done everything they could to help with any and all funeral arrangements. You can tell it’s not just a job to them, they really do care and accommodated my family all the way through the process. 
I’ve never arranged a funeral before but I know who I will be using whenever I have to arrange another. 
So grateful to Louise,Mark and their team they honestly were amazing!!
The celebrant Katie Costello was incredible!! You would think she knew my auntie because she captured her so beautifully in what she wrote.

From the moment I was recommended to Rouse &Co I was amazed at how simple everything was as they organised so much for me. The empathy shown was exceptional and I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Mark. Louise and all the staff involved. I cannot recommend Mark and Louse Rouse more highly. They have held our hands through the loss of both my Mum and Dad. They are kind, gentle but also super efficient and are always ahead of the game in terms of what needs to be done next but without any pressure. And they can take stress themselves - so calm when I got stuck on a closed motorway with less than an hour before the funeral was due to start. Amazing people, thank you

We did not hesitate in using their services again, as they arranged the funeral for my mother almost 3 years ago. I personally found Mark’s comforting voice from the off-set (on our first call) very soothing and reassuring!

His compassion and the  knowledge he imparted from our first call was priceless given we were in shock, turmoil and disbelief at the sudden passing of our dear brother; it really made a difference!

And mark didnt disappoint on meeting him as you really get a sense of Mark’s genuine compassion; he really cares and isn’t just about “the job” as every interaction with me thereafter was given with due care and empathy making sure I was comfortable and my needs were met every step of the way!

my mum's funeral was very recent and due to the circumstances of my mum's death, it wasn't what you call normal. As soon as I walked in and spoke to louise I knew straight away I was in the right funeral directors. The whole team are not only amazing and totally professional but they went above and beyond to help me and husband with our grief. Louise made the process as easy and stress free as she possibly could, i cannot thank her enough.
I also would like to mention a very big thank you to Katie, she was our celebrant and was  appointed to us by Louise.
