We only dealt with Karen. It was great to have single point of contact - Karen was always Quick to respond - and when with her she was always patient never rushed us.

We were so happy we chose Pinks to arrange the funeral of my wonderful Dad. The service was excellent throughout. Karen Rattigan guided us through the whole process so sensitively and spent as much time as we needed talking everything through with my Mum and I and our family.
