In every aspect, CO OP funeral care were outstanding. Tina was extremely helpful and offered to go above and beyond to ensure that our mum was cared for and looked after. The whole process was easier than I expected it to be.
I appreciated the call from Rob who was responsible for getting mum and my family to the crematorium. The service provided met all my expectations and made a very emotional day run smoothly. I am sure that my mum would have been proud of her send off and pleased overall with the service provided.

The experience that I have with the funeral directors in new Addington is and was a very good one they went above and beyond their call of duty and they were very caring in all aspect I even start making plans for them to put me to rest if that should happen.great people and a very good team

The whole Funeral procedure at such a sad time was made much easier, from our appointment with Tina at New Addington Office, who was extremely helpful and organised everything, to the actual Funeral Service when I was rung the day before to explain what would happen at the Church and afterwards. This helped us to deal more easily with a very stressful time.

Tina at New Addington was super helpful, very professional and made everything as easy as possible for us. On the day of the funeral the pallbearers did a marvellous job and overall we were extremely pleased with the service provided.
