An open door policy with us just turning up with no appointment to arrange my partners funeral to me was just perfect . Not many companies have this quality which you must keep & treasure . Luke greeted us with a warm & professional welcome & very understanding to our needs . The chapel of rest was in my own words "perfect " . The day of the funeral ran very smoothly & myself & Richards family felt at ease & comforted with your professional manner on the day.
